Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

 

 

Traditional Credit Union Ltd. is an Enterprise – Non-Government Training Organisation code 70208 registered with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)

 

Registered in November 2011 to deliver National Recognised Accredited training programs to our staff.  TCU currently delivers Certificate II and Certificate III in Financial Services to any of its employees who qualify to access the program.

 

The RTO program is User Choice funded on an annual basis by the Northern Territory Government Department of Trade, Business and Innovation.

 

Employees who qualify to participate in the program are provided with a Training Plan incorporating on the job training and assessment by a qualified TCU Trainer and Assessor, coaching by branch co-ordinators and supervisors as well as mentoring and support by human resources officers and business development officers.
